On the other hand, annual subscriptions offer the possibility of paying for a full year of service with the option of monthly or annual payment at the time of subscription. In addition to basic functions, Microsoft 365 allows you to work with your files stored in OneDrive while offline. Any changes you make will automatically sync once you reconnect to the network, ensuring that you always have access to the most updated version of your documents. 

In the case of Outlook, you can manage your emails, draft new messages, and check your calendars and pending tasks without an internet connection. Your inbox and outbox sync automatically when you connect to the internet, ensuring that any actions you take while offline are accurately reflected in your account. When you cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription, Microsoft provides a 90-day grace period during which you can access your admin or limited-function administrators to manage your data. During this time, you will have the opportunity to back up your important files and data before they are permanently deleted. It is essential to consider this option if you plan to cancel your subscription, as once the grace period has passed, you will not be able to access or recover the data stored in your Microsoft 365 account. 

Microsoft 365 provides this timeframe to allow you to properly manage your information before final cancellation. We recommend that you plan ahead and ensure the continuity of your important data by backing it up or transferring it to another storage service if necessary. This will ensure that you do not lose access to critical documents, emails, and other essential resources for your business or work.
